Introduction

Ezekiel Lindberg is a man in his mid to late 20s, the boyfriend
(and eventually fiance),CJ Valley, a car dealer, the main
antagonist of the fanfiction "Pills 'n Needles", and an OC in the
Cry of Fear Universe.

Description

Ezekiel is a 5 foot 8 man with strawberry blonde, slickback hair with an
undercut. His eyes are "sky blue" or "baby blue". During work, he wears a brown or black suit
with black suade shoes and a matching tie. Casually, he wears a deep brown
leather jacket and black loose jeans so far(his casual clothes often smell of
alcohol and tabacco).

Personality

In the eyes of most of the public, Ezekiel is an honest working man that earned his
way into his father's shoes and inhereting his car selling business. When alone or
in private, he's manipulative, cold, hotheaded, and at times
impulsive and violent, whether it be towards CJ or with anyone else.
He's shown to be abusive towards CJ, just to apologize all over again.

History

Pills 'n Needles

Ezekiel first makes a cameo in the second chapter, throwing a beer bottle at the wall,
and almost hitting CJ with the empty glass, scaring her. He accuses her of cheating on him
with Simon Henriksson, often referring to Simon as a "cripple". A police officer comes to the
doorstep to investigate, only for CJ to bite her tongue, leading the officer to leave, not bothering
to question the situation further. He pushes CJ away and drives off, leaving her alone sobbing on the.
grass.

It's later revealed Ezekiel had tampered with CJ's birth control for a considerable amount of time,
leading to CJ's pregnancy.

He then comes back with a woman named "Laura", making CJ jealous. It's possible this was his intention.
They begin to eat dinner together, CJ and Laura get into an argument for Ezekiel to pull the CJ to
the side to talk to her. She reveals to him she's pregnant only for him to accuse her of the baby
not only not being his, but being Simon's child, earning a harsh slap across the face, mixed with
her desperate shouts of begging him to believe her. He reveals he knew about the kiss she and Simon
shared during the relatonship. He asks if she's telling the truth after she only kissed him, he
"forgives" her to threaten her by telling her Simon still resents CJ for having to push her out of
the way for the car to crash into him and paralyze him. The accident has left her feeking guilty since.
giving Ezekiel leverage to manipulate her into isolation.

He meets up with Simon as he sees him apporoach. As soon as Simon gets close enough, Ezekiel reveals
he knows about the knife Simon has hidden. Simon swings the knife at him only to get knocked to the
ground, off his wheelchair and busting his nose. Ezekiel threatens him to stay away from CJ.

As he leaves a bleeding Simon on the ground, he heads to his house and touches the door to feel a sting
to realize Simon managed to cut him. Ezekiel comes to the conclusion Simon is capable of killing. He's
at first afraid, but then thought of a way to utilize it to his advantage. He tells CJ about Simon
stabbing him, leaving out the part where he punch Simon hard enough to knock him to the ground and
make his nose bleed.

Ezekiel finds the rehab facility David goes to, and possibly witnessed David's relapse, given he mocks
David for it(not without being called out for it by David). Ezekiel rushes David for the recording,
only for David to tell him he doesn't have it.

Secret Meet Up

Ezekiel meets up with Laura to find out she's pretend. He suggests aborting the baby, in response, she
causes a scene, provoking him to pull her outside to avoid getting unwanted attention. He then slams
her into a brick wall outside at an alleyway, despite him being irritated with her behavior, she taunts
Ezekiel with his usual behavior towards CJ, for him to choke her and threaten to break the affair off if
Laura didn't go through with the abortion, making her sob. Seeing this, he let her go and "promised" he'd
have more time for her and the baby once CJ was dead.

After the messy meet up, Ezekiel makes his way to the car to see David Leatherhoff from afar.
Not much is shown of what happened, but it's later shown David is in a coma from severe injuries
and was found outside of a Diner that Ezekiel had been in, implying Ezekiel may have been responsible
for David's comatose state. No one got a good glimpse of Ezekiel, making it difficult to convinct him
through witnesses.

Past

Prior to dating CJ, he dated David's sister, Anna Leatherhoff. He married her and it's soon revealed into
the later chapters he had her killed to collect life insurance money from her death, this devastated David,
worsening his pill addiction and making him hate Ezekiel even more.

Childhood

Not much is known about Ezekiel's childhood. However it's implied comitting insurance fraud is the norm for the family.
He may have been negleted as a child only to for his father to be the only parental figure to raise him. It's also implied
Ezekiel may have grew up with various mental issues(i.e, his lack of impulse control when he doesn't get his way.

Trivia

Ezekiel can't stand being called any nick names such as Zeke or Zeeky, prompting him to act violently(This
is a nod to an existing OC with the name).
Ezekiel is implied to be a narcissist.
Ezekiel was originally going to be given the name 'Jeff', but was later changed due to the fear
of the name being related to Jeff Fecalman from "Family Guy", making it difficult for the reader to
take the original plot seriously.

You can depict this character however you like. Gay, Bi, Straight, Pan, whatever.
Just don't stray too far from the original lore or the appearance. Same goes with everyone else.
