to passed her appearance down to Abby.

She is said to play a part in the upcoming comic "The urge to vomit" in the series
"Postal: Dirty Adventures".

Trivia

Just like Abby and Mark, she's not given an actual name.
Abby's Mother implies the Postal Dude might be related to Abby due to her
promiscuous behavior and multiple unnamed partners she's had, leading to the possibitly
the Dude might be her bio son.
Abby's mom once boasted she "made her daughter look like a friggin' saint".
